Tutus are for ballerinas & and little girls, not for teenage scene chicks. You look rediculous. Why do you feel the need to play "dress up" out in public? You're just begging for attention & its completely transparent. Yeah, you get attention, but it's mostly negative attention. Do you really want people saying "Haha look at that chick in the tutu. She looks so dumb" because that's what they're saying. SCENE IS DEAD. put down the hairspray & eyeliner, stop shopping at the hello kitty store & stop looking the same.
